Dubfreeze 15th & 16th February 2020.

The first major VAG event of the VW calendar. Being held at Bingley Hall, Staffordshire County Showground.

To quote their mission. “To bring together VW traders and enthusiasts from around the UK and beyond. For whom VWs are much more than just a form of transport”.

The 31st Annual  VW Show starts Saturday 15th (Camping) & Sunday 16th (Show Day) February 2020.Camping from Sat 15th, gates open 3pm – 9:30pm. The Show is Sun. 16th, doors open 9am – 4pm.

If the weather is a little inclement as we know February can be unpredictable; as a result with Bingley hall being huge and heated there is loads of inside space to meander around.

You’ll see they have lots of trade and auto jumble for all types of VW. There is also a Show ’n’ Shine and Car Sales areas.  This always attracts a large turnout, so the car park as a result is a car show on its own. In comparison in recent years there has been more general VW and Audi content, modern and water-cooled in addition to the traditional Beetle and Camper stuff.

We are gutted not to be able to attend this year as here at Freebirds we are working our socks off because of trying to get our vans ready for the new hire season.
