A £500 security deposit is required (by bank transfer) prior to the collection of your van. These funds must be cleared before the van can leave the Freebird Campers premises.

For each driver, we need copies of the following documents emailed to us with the above-mentioned check code. Documents include: Full UK driving licence (photo id version) and two secondary address IDs (which must be different i.e. not two bank statements) that match the name and address of the driving licence, in the form of either: utility bill, council tax, bank/credit card/mortgage statement, all dated within the last 3 months. Original copies of these documents must also be presented at the time of rental. Failure to provide these will forfeit your hire and no refund will be given

Final Payment

You have until 6 weeks (42 days) before your hire date to pay the full balance of your booking. If you holiday is less than 6 weeks away the balance is due within 24 hours of booking. This will be by bank transfer.  Here are our details:
